- Building strong relationships with customers from first enquiry to handover
- Networking with potential clients, both in person and online
- Matching customers with their perfect car from a curated selection
- Delivering a service experience that reflects the quality of the vehicles you sell
- Maintaining an expert knowledge of the stock and the motor trade
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in car sales (premium brand experience a bonus)
- Confident communicator with proven networking skills
- Genuine interest in cars and the automotive world
- Professional, proactive and customer-focused
- Must be over 25 (for insurance purposes)
- Competitive basic salary plus strong commission potential (£40–50k OTE)
