This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM professional to play a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement strategies within a fast paced and growing business. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the CRM & loyalty strategy and working cross functionally to create and test landing pages.You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing CRM strategies
  • Analysing customer data and behaviours to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvements.
  • A/B testing, email building and reporting
  • Creating and enhancing the loyalty strategy and driving customer acquisition
  • Monitor and report on the performance of retention initiatives, providing actionable insights.
  • Working closely with marketing teams to align retention efforts with broader campaigns.
