- Develop and produce high-quality content that works across all digital platforms for all our audiences - including content for our website, social channels and newsletters.
- Plan, shoot (where appropriate) and edit video content.
- Plan and manage photoshoots in collaboration with the Head of Brand + Product.
- Develop visual assets for our other channels including email, paid ads, website, Amazon, NT community and retail.
- Work with our writer and CRM Manager to optimise monthly newsletter performance.
- Play a key role in creating campaigns and assets for NPD launches.
- Create, schedule and publish world-class social content across all our platforms.
- Work with content creators to develop platform-specific, social-first content.
- Monitor and engage with our social media channels - including comments, messages, and mentions - to build and nurture our community.
- Manage our scheduling and analytics platform (Sprout).
- Manage, plan and negotiate campaigns with influencers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, journalists, nutritionists and other influential people to expand our community.
- Manage our Shopify Affiliates account - add influencers when appropriate and monitor activity.
- Work with our PR agency to collaborate on pitch ideas and to monitor coverage
- Monitor and manage PR results.
- Help to build our Founder's profile.
- Enhanced community engagement and growth on social media, demonstrated through measurable increases in reach, engagement and followers.
- Consistent delivery of impactful and engaging creative assets that effectively communicate our brand values and messages across key channels.
- Increased engagement through compelling storytelling and strategic brand initiatives.
- Successful implementation of creative content ideas to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Effective PR management that delivers increased visibility and positive brand sentiment across relevant media platforms - in particular more editorial content rather than listicle features.
