- Work with our leadership team to shape and execute a clear, commercially driven growth strategy.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with both existing accounts and new partners.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of our product range.
- Provide exceptional service and support that ensures client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on creating long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Represent 1RG at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Become an expert in our product portfolio and demonstrate its impact across multiple industries.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Partner with liquidators to manage end-of-life products and maximise value through clearance strategies.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, using insights to refine strategy and drive continuous growth.
- Identify operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the B2B sales channel.
- Experienced Sales Leader: 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within consumer goods, electricals, or related sectors.
- Proven Closer: A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional Communicator: Confident, persuasive, and skilled at building trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Negotiator: Able to balance commercial impact with long-term relationship building.
