- This role is all about being proactive and confident in your communication. You'll spend a significant amount of time on the phone - leading outbound discovery calls, closing deals, and handling inbound enquiries from clients and prospects. You'll also craft and send clear, professional emails, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups and responses.
- Proactively identify and engage with high-potential companies that would gain value from exhibiting at your events. You'll research the industry in depth, stay on top of emerging trends, track new business launches, and understand the key challenges shaping the market - all to ensure you're targeting the right prospects with insight and impact.
- Build strong client relationships, close deals, drive sales and achieve your target
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues, sharing updates and supporting each other to maximise the success of the event.
- In the run-up to the event, you will be responsible for handling external exhibitor enquiries and coordinating exhibitor participation.
- Become involved with the event delivery and take responsibility for managing an area of the event on the day.
- Degree-level education 2:1 or a 1st degree.
- You’ll have 6–12 months of B2B sales experience in a consultative, solution-focused role, such as recruitment, media sales, or tech sales. Most importantly, you’re serious about building a long-term career in B2B sales and are fully committed to developing and growing your skills in a high-performance environment.
