To support our continued growth, we're looking for a Sales Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our team remotely from the UK.This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their AE career to work closely with experienced AEs and SDRs (based in London) while being part of an international team headquartered in Berlin. You’ll develop into a full-cycle seller—handling everything from lead generation to closing deals—with strong coaching, exposure to enterprise sales processes, and the potential to grow into an account management role.Your missionOwn the top of the funnel: Build and qualify a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and event follow-upsWork closely with our UK-based SDR and AE team to identify opportunities and run strategic outreach campaignsLearn and eventually lead the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, from discovery to product demo, proposal, and closingBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C-Level, VP, Director) across enterprise retail and eCommerce accountsExplain a complex AI solution in a simple and compelling way, tailored to the customer’s business caseCollaborate with marketing and partner managers to maximize lead gen effortsAttend client meetings, industry events, and conferences in the UK and across Europe (occasional travel required)Contribute to CRM hygiene, reporting, and refining sales playbooksYour profileMust-Haves:Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR with strong performance or early AE)Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with C-level executivesA smart, analytical mindset – you're curious, coachable, and comfortable selling a complex, technical solutionExperience in enterprise sales or working with larger accountsComfortable with outbound prospecting and driving lead generationA strong LinkedIn presence/network (connections in relevant industries is a plus)Native or C2-level English communication skillsBased in the greater London area, with the ability to work remotely and travel occasionallyNice to Have:Experience in the retail or eCommerce industriesFamiliarity with AI or data-driven software solutionsPrevious experience working in international teamsWhat we offer?A stepping stone from SDR to full-cycle AE, with mentoring from senior sales leadersCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commissionRemote work with occasional travel to Berlin HQ and industry eventsClear path to career progression, including future opportunities in Account ManagementA fast-paced, supportive environment where your input mattersRegular team events and international meetupsA high-impact role at a fast-growing AI startup transforming the retail pricing landscapeAbout us7Learnings is one of the leading retail optimization platforms.
