You’ll have plenty of autonomy in managing your workload and regular 1:1 support from your line manager, the ESSS manager.

  • Deliver programmes of learning to individuals and groups of pupils with hearing needs.
  • Keep up-to-date records of pupils’ progress.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere in which pupils gain self-confidence, enjoyment and the will to learn.
