  • Job Title: ADHD and Autism Psychiatrist (Mostly Remote with the odd day in the office)
  • Location: London
  • Duration: 3 - 6 months ongoing
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5

  • Rate of Pay: Up to £540 per session (min. 12 sessions a week)

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as an ADHD and play a key role in improving the lives of children and adults with ADHD. In this role, you will:
  • Assess and diagnose ADHD, considering co-morbidities and risk factors.
  • Monitor treatment response and manage side effects.
  • Prescribe and titrate medication within scope of practice.
  • Offer post-diagnostic advice, psychoeducation, and support.
  • Perform physical observations related to medication treatment.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with service users and their families.
  • Record clinical information accurately on electronic systems.
  • Make recommendations for additional assessments or interventions.
  • Formulate management plans and engage service users in care planning.
  • Respond to urgent situations and manage risks effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • GMC registered Doctor with relevant qualifications (e.g., MBChB/MBChC/MBBS).
  • At least six months of experience in psychiatry.
  • Supervisory skills and experience in multi-professional/multi-agency working.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday - Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 to 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.This opportunity won’t last long!
