- Proven success in spirits sales within the Irish on-trade - particularly in securing pouring deals with groups and premium hotels.
- Strong network of industry relationships in Dublin city centre.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure profitable agreements.
- Experience collaborating with wholesalers and distributor sales teams.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and passionate about premium spirits.
