A global leader in premium spirits is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth across Dublin's most influential on-trade accounts. Representing an exceptional portfolio of award-winning international whiskey, tequila, and rum brands, this role is about securing visibility and distribution in the capital's most prestigious venues.The RoleAs Key Account Manager, you'll take ownership of building and growing relationships with all the main on-trade groups, as well as 4- and 5-star hotels within your territory. Your focus will be on structuring and negotiating pouring deals that elevate brand presence and drive long-term partnerships.Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with leading wholesalers - including Barry & Fitzwilliam, Classic Drinks, BWG, Coleman's, Slattery's and Musgrave - ensuring seamless execution and strong alignment with commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new pouring deals and grow distribution across Dublin city centre.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with group operators and premium hotels.
  • Work in partnership with wholesaler sales teams to maximise portfolio performance.
  • Deliver impactful brand activations and visibility programmes in high-profile venues.
  • Manage your territory strategically, ensuring presence at key trading times.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in spirits sales within the Irish on-trade - particularly in securing pouring deals with groups and premium hotels.
  • Strong network of industry relationships in Dublin city centre.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure profitable agreements.
  • Experience collaborating with wholesalers and distributor sales teams.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and passionate about premium spirits.
