
SEN Learning Support Assistant

- Providing one-on-one support: Tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of individual students, helping them to grasp concepts and build essential skills.
- Collaborating with educators and therapists: Working as part of a cohesive team to develop personalized learning plans and ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Encouraging communication and social skills: Facilitating interactions between students, fostering confidence, and building friendships.
- Celebrating progress: Witnessing the growth and achievements of your students and sharing in their successes.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also as a team member
- A passion for working with children and making a real impact on their lives
- Some experience of supporting children is necessary. Any experience in schools, with children, with SEN, as a graduate, a youth mentor, sports coach, or anything else similar is preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
