  • Delivering 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Supporting emotional regulation and implementing de-escalation strategies
  • Acting as a mentor and consistent adult presence throughout the day
  • Responding flexibly to changing needs and maintaining professionalism
  • Promoting safety and wellbeing during lessons and off-site activities
  • Upholding safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns appropriately
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with SEMH or SEN pupils in secondary settings
  • Calm, confident, and quick-thinking in challenging situations
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a good sense of humour
