- Requirements gathering and analysis: Identify and document business needs by working closely with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Ensure all parties have a common understanding of the project objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business data to understand trends, patterns and issues. Develop reports and dashboards to measure process performance and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Solution Design and Validation: Propose and evaluate solutions to meet business needs. Conduct testing and validation of new processes or systems before full implementation.
- Project Management and Training
- Proven track record in operations or middle office transformation within the financial services industry
- Deep understanding of the operational needs in the Fixed Income business
- Ability to face off with senior business heads at a strategic level while understanding the detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review and highlight project risks and issues and partner on mitigating solutions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the enterprise
- Ability to conduct presentations with emphasis on storytelling to convey and influence the case for change
- Expertise in using data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
