- oBTEC National Diploma in hotel/hospitality, catering and institutional management or equivalent.
- oFood hygiene Level 2 certificate
- oIntermediate food hygiene Level 3 certificate or above, either already qualified, otherwise will attain within the first 60 days of starting with the company
- oSupervisory level experience within a medium scale catering operation.
- oExperience in managing a diverse team.
- oPrevious experience managing a food service environment, including identifying and implementing operational process improvements
- oManaging stock levels and oversight of expiry and nutritional needs
- oDesigning and posting social media content for catering offerings
