An ambitious, rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester office – right at the centre of their UK growth plans.This is more than just another QS role. It’s your chance to play a pivotal part in growing the Manchester team from 10 to 20 professionals within the next year, while working on high-profile projects worth up to £100m. You’ll collaborate directly with Directors, shape major developments, and see your work make a tangible impact.The Senior Quantity Surveyor RoleYou’ll be delivering a diverse portfolio spanning Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused position where you’ll take projects from inception to completion, manage key client relationships, and mentor others as the team expands.With five offices nationwide and over 250 professionals, this consultancy has the stability of a well-established business and the energy of a company in rapid growth mode – meaning genuine opportunities for career advancement.The Senior Quantity Surveyor -RequirementsThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be ready to step into a leadership role, taking charge of projects from inception to completion. You’ll also have:
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Confident running projects independently from inception to completion
  • Strong Pre and Post contract experience
  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a UK Consultancy
  • Eager to get involved in managing junior team members as the office grows
