Projects will range from but limited to Residential, Commercial offices, Hotels, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Retail and Leisure.Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
  • At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
  • Experience with cost planning, value engineering and preparing tenders
On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • A starting salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
