The consultancy prides itself on providing a collaborative environment, supporting professional development, and offering opportunities to work on prestigious projects nationwideABOUT THE ROLEThis role is well-suited to a Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of their work and develop strong client relationships within Scotland's diverse construction market. The position offers the opportunity to influence projects from early feasibility through to final account, while providing strategic advice and cost management expertise to a wide range of clients.Key responsibilities:

Preparation of accurate cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies
Tender and contract documentation under JCT and NEC contracts
Procurement advice and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Risk management and value engineering exercises
Reporting on project progress, costs and forecasts for clients and stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

MRICS qualified or progressing towards accreditation
Consultancy-side experience within construction essential
Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
