What's the role about?We're looking for a passionate and creative Trainee Designer to join our dynamic Boyswear team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in fashion design, working alongside experienced designers to bring fresh, trend led concepts to life. You'll gain hands-on experience in the full design process, from initial ideas to finished garments and develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Who you are
  • A creative thinker with a strong eye for colour, detail, and trend direction.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in childrenswear and fashion.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Confident using design software (such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to grow within a collaborative design team.
What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the Boyswear design team in creating seasonal collections.
  • Researching trends, colours, fabrics, and inspiration for design concepts.
  • Assisting with sketching, CAD work, and tech packs for development.
  • Supporting with organising samples and keeping design archives up to date.
  • Preparing mood boards and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to support the design process.
  • Attending fit sessions and supporting with product sampling.
  • Contributing fresh ideas and helping to shape the creative direction of Boyswear ranges.
