Learn more atThe Role: Principal Product Designer (Betting)We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to define the user experience for our next-generation automated trading products, data services platform and sports betting product portfolio. This role is a key part of a strategic shift, where you'll transform how our customers operate and help us create high-value content for sportsbooks.You'll play a critical role in bringing our betting workflows and automation strategy to life, designing intuitive and powerful tools for our trading team and betting customers. This work will directly enable our platform to produce top-tier content, such as player props and fast markets. By leveraging GeniusIQ, our next-generation data and artificial intelligence platform, you will design the user experience that generates optimal pricing and opens up opportunities for zero-downtime sports betting.As our primary betting product designer you shape the user experience of a product that not only boosts operational efficiency but also creates new revenue streams and improves the customer betting experience. You'll partner with key stakeholders in product and engineering to deliver innovative, scalable solutions, ensuring our platform's long-term success.What you'll do:
  • As a systems thinker, you'll define the user experience and visual design for automating our trading services.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop innovative solutions that help our platform grow.
  • Manage multiple projects across betting product initiatives simultaneously.
  • Champion user research and feedback to ensure our designs meet the needs of our operations and engineering teams.
  • Contribute directly to design artifacts, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Deliver user-centric designs that drive product success and elevate the user experience.
  • Help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
What we're looking for:
  • 10+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex workflows.
  • A track record of influencing results by bringing cross-functional teams together through collaboration and compelling storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC).
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
  • Domain knowledge in sports betting is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
