You will:
  • Identify and pursue new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with estimating, design, and project teams to shape compelling proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
This role offers the flexibility to work fully remotely, with occasional travel required to the office-perfect for balancing autonomy with in-person collaboration. A full driving license is essential.REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong experience in B2B business development-ideally within commercial interiors, office fit-outs, or related built-environment sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and achieving growth targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a full sales cycle remotely and liaise across teams.
  • Must hold a full driving license, with access to transport for occasional office visits.
