Job DescriptionBrook Street is working with an established client that is seeking a Governance Advisor on a Full-Time basis. This is a 12 Month Contract position with hybrid working (Wednesday is the core on site day).Main duties:To provide professional advice & guidance on complex issues relating to governance codes of practice.To develop, maintain and advise on governance framework.To take and present minutes at a high level.To resolve issues within Governance function.Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:Exceptional level of EnglishExperience of minute taking & presentingExperience of involvement with key stakeholders at board levelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCompany Benefits:
