– Develop and implement personalised intervention programmes using evidence-based practices.
– Formulate and adjust intervention plans to align with education, health, and care plans (EHCPs).
– Manage your own caseload independently, providing both direct and group interventions under the guidance of a clinical supervisor or lead.
– Participate in the referral screening process, offering insights and feedback to the team.Requirements:– HCPC Registration is essential to ensure the highest standards of practice.
