– Support the development of training packages for school staff, parents, and other professionals, equipping them to recognise and address child or young person issues effectively.
– Prioritise the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children and young people at all times.
– Assist the service in monitoring and achieving Key Performance Indicators, ensuring target Activity Levels and demonstrating quality and outcomes impact.
– Lead quality governance, audits, and projects for the team or service.
– Manage the performance of identified team members and support the team leader in team development.
