We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a fully remote position. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive and supportive firm that values both professional development and work-life balance.The RoleYou will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and related documents
- Carrying out title checks and property searches
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and AML requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently while providing high-quality client care
- Remote working with trust and autonomy
