If you're eager to build your career in residential conveyancing and want hands-on experience within a busy, supportive team, this role is the perfect first step post-qualification.What the Role Involves:Managing a small caseload of residential conveyancing files under supervision, with growing independence as you gain experienceAssisting senior solicitors on more complex transactionsDrafting contracts, conducting title checks, and liaising with clients and third partiesMaintaining compliant, accurate files and delivering excellent client serviceWhat You'll Need:Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 1 year PQE) with a residential property training seat or strong conveyancing paralegal backgroundExcellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive mindset and eagerness to learnAbility to work independently and collaborativelyGenuine enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in conveyancingWhy This Role?
