Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)

We're looking for passionate SEN Teachers to provide one-to-one support for children and young people with a range of additional needs. This is your opportunity to deliver personalised education that truly makes a difference.What You'll Be DoingCreate a Safe Learning Environment: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and supported.Deliver Tailored Lessons: Design and implement individualised learning plans that reflect each student's strengths and challenges.Work Collaboratively with Families: Partner with parents and carers to ensure a joined-up approach to support.Encourage Growth and Confidence: Use creative, empathetic teaching to build resilience, self-esteem, and academic success.Lead by Example: Promote positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal development.What You'll BringQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of two years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilitiesWhy Join Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?At Sugarman, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
