We're looking for passionate SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one support to children and young people with a range of additional needs. This is a unique opportunity to provide personalised education that truly makes a difference.What You'll Be DoingCreating a Safe and Supportive Environment: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.Delivering Tailored Lessons: Design and implement individualised learning plans that reflect each student's strengths and needs.Working in Partnership with Families: Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure continuity of support beyond the classroom.Encouraging Growth and Confidence: Use creative, empathetic teaching to build resilience, self-esteem, and academic success.Leading by Example: Promote positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal development.What You'll BringQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of two years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilitiesWhy Join Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?At Sugarman, we believe in the potential of every child.
