SEN Teacher - Support, Teach, Transform in GooleLocation: Goole and surrounding areas (case dependent)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)
Pay Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)

We're looking for passionate SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one, personalised education to children and young people with a range of additional needs. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact-academically, emotionally, and personally.What You'll Be DoingCreating a Safe Space to Learn: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and supported.Tailoring Every Lesson: Design and deliver bespoke learning plans that reflect each student's strengths, needs, and goals.Working with Families: Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure continuity of care and learning beyond the classroom.Fostering Growth: Use creative, compassionate teaching to build confidence, resilience, and academic success.Leading by Example: Model positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal development.What You'll BringQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of two years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilitiesWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?At Sugarman, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
