This is a permanent post 18hrs/week, pro rata, Term Time. Hours to be worked over 3 days, these days are negotiable with the successful candidate.Your goal is to provide an accessible, appropriate, culturally sensitive, safe, person centred and effective service for children, young people and families in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.Driving Licence is essential. Previous experience of working with Children and Young People in a community setting is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of IT such as Word are essential.
