- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and understood by all team members.
- Work closely with engineering during product discovery, sprint planning, and development to turn high-level strategy into actionable stories.
- Write and refine JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in close collaboration with engineers
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment between product and engineering.
- Collect and prioritise customer, user, and stakeholder needs to guide backlog decisions.
- Act as the bridge between senior Product Managers and engineering teams, ensuring that strategic goals are delivered through technical execution.
- Monitor sprint progress, remove blockers, and make trade-off decisions to keep delivery on track.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and QA to ensure a high-quality, user-centered product experience.
- Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge when needed.
- Strong technical foundation — ideally with prior experience in software engineering, solution engineering, architecture, or consulting.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience working with Agile teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
- Understanding of REST APIs and adjacent technologies.
- Exposure to or curiosity about modern platforms and concepts like Kubernetes, GraphQL, event-driven architecture, security, and AI.
- Strong communication skills to work with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
