With family traditions at heart, they focus on nurturing their people to achieve outstanding results.The Care and Compliance Manager will:
  • Lead a Care Services Support Team to support rapid change and ensure high-quality care.
  • Identify issues and implement solutions to promote resident safety.
  • Coach home care teams to provide exceptional care and gain confidence from regulators.
  • Provide support with operational challenges, including interim management and staffing models.
  • Liaise with regulators and organise evidence to demonstrate best practice care.
  • Conduct quality audits and develop action plans for sustained improvement.
  • Monitor Service Improvement Plans and report non-compliance to the Director of Quality and Governance.
Package and Benefits:The Care and Compliance Manager will receive:
  • Annual salary of £60,000.

The ideal Care and Compliance Manager will have:
  • Auditing experience in a clinical environment.
  • experience working in similar role with the care home sector
  • A post-basic clinical qualification (e.g., teaching and assessing, Infection Control).
  • A commitment to the company's values of diversity, individuality, and innovation.
  • The ability to support and advise new and existing managers.
  • An Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults.
