- Lead a Care Services Support Team to support rapid change and ensure high-quality care.
- Identify issues and implement solutions to promote resident safety.
- Coach home care teams to provide exceptional care and gain confidence from regulators.
- Provide support with operational challenges, including interim management and staffing models.
- Liaise with regulators and organise evidence to demonstrate best practice care.
- Conduct quality audits and develop action plans for sustained improvement.
- Monitor Service Improvement Plans and report non-compliance to the Director of Quality and Governance.
- Annual salary of £60,000.
- £5,000 Care Allowance.

- A post-basic clinical qualification (e.g., teaching and assessing, Infection Control).
