£60,000 plus packagePurosearch are working with a developing care provider to recruit an experienced registered manager / regional manager / quality assurance manager to support the groups homes across the South West. The provider owns a number of nursing and residential services across Somerset, Bristol and Devon specialising in dementia care.As the Quality and Compliance Manager you will be ensuring that improvements in care are realised and achieved across the services, lead a Care Support Team to work alongside operational team to, identifying issues and implementing solutions to promote the safety and quality of care for residents. You will work with the home managers to complete internal inspections, pick up on any improvements that need to be made and then ensure steps are taken to improve services.We are looking for someone who has experience in / as;
- A Home Manager, regional manager or quality assurance manager
- Managing a clinical team
- Improving services
- Business development
