- Lead the design, delivery, and management of training programmes that build skills and knowledge across all staff levels.
- Collaborate with managers, partners, and HR to identify training needs and set clear development priorities.
- Create and update engaging training resources, including videos, presentations, and written materials, and maintain the firm's training calendar.
- Oversee post-qualification training by coordinating with training partners/directors to source and organise technical learning.
- Support trainee staff and school leavers through tailored development programmes, while identifying high-potential individuals and creating personalised growth plans.
- Degree-level education.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development gained within an accountancy practice or financial services is essential.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven, with a track record of delivering outcomes through others.
- ACA, ACCA, CTA or recognised accountancy qualifications would be a strong advantage.
