- Pipeline Development: Build a pipeline of new physical and digital distribution partners through outbound calling, networking, and leveraging BHN’s tools and internal relationships.
- Sales Execution: Drive multichannel sales via inbound and outbound activities, targeting large organisations and C-suite contacts.
- Client Engagement: Present BHN’s solutions to C-suite executives—virtually or in person—to secure commitment to partner with BHN.
- Deal Management: Manage and execute complex, multimillion-pound/euro opportunities, navigating multiple stakeholders and overcoming objections.
- Contract Finalisation: Secure client commitment and collaborate with legal teams to ensure contracts are signed efficiently.
- Internal Relationships: Build strong internal networks across BHN to support the sales process and ensure the best team is aligned to each opportunity.
- Commercial Strategy: Partner with FP&A to develop business cases that validate commercials and investment decisions.
- Reporting & Market Awareness: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and stay informed on competitor offerings, product training, and service developments.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the gift card, retail, or payments industry, with a strong passion for negotiation and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Excellence: Proven track record in new business development, consistently exceeding targets and driving growth. Comfortable operating and performing against a Sales quota.
- Agile & High-Energy: Thrives in fast-paced, high-activity environments, maintaining focus and momentum under pressure.
- Influential Communicator: Strong presentation and communication skills, adept at engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
