- Strategic Growth & Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with BHN and market trends in employee benefits.
- Market & Client Targeting: Identify and assess new market segments and prospective clients, focusing on mid-size and enterprise-level organisations.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with HR leaders and benefits managers through consultative sales engagements.
- Proposal & Contract Leadership: Lead complex proposal processes and negotiate contracts that align with both client and company objectives.
- Market Expansion & Innovation: Analyse market trends and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive innovation and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Sales Cycle & Revenue Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, maintain a robust pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets with accurate forecasting.
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in employee benefits (e.g. salary sacrifice) or HR solutions
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network within the HR or employee benefits space (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Thrives in fast-paced, client-facing, and target-driven environments
