
People Administrator

- Act as first line support on the People team ticket desk and shared email inboxes. Reviewing incoming queries and resolving where possible.
- Escalating more advanced queries to the appropriate People team specialist and supporting them in resolution
- Recruitment - support the full company recruitment process including recruitment system administration, issuing of onboarding letters/contracts, arranging interviews and candidate communication
- Onboarding - support the full company onboarding process including arranging CSO inductions, following workflows for issuing of company system credentials/equipment.
- Learning and Development - support the Learning and Development team with general LMS system queries/admin and arranging external training
- Payroll - ad hoc support to Payroll function with query resolution and system support
- Employee relations - support the People Operations team in administration tasks for the full employee relations lifecycle
- Checking and tracking compliance documentation to ensure records are kept up to date
- Systems support - creating posts, new start onboarding and contract changes
- Project work and opportunities to learn more around all areas of the People strategy
- Daily use of Microsoft Office including maintenance of spreadsheets, calendar management, regular use of Microsoft Teams and letter creation.
