- Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and risk assessments
- Developing project programmes to align design, procurement, and delivery stages
- Securing statutory and landlord approvals to ensure compliance
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to anticipate challenges and provide proactive solutions
- Establishing the framework that enables seamless project execution
- Demonstrable experience in pre-construction or project planning, ideally within the commercial fit-out or design-and-build sector
- Strong commercial skills, including budgeting, estimating, and financial control
- Knowledge of landlord approval processes, building regulations, and compliance within commercial interiors
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Professional qualifications such as RICS, CIOB, or APS (or equivalent experience) are desirable
