Their culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and built around trust, creativity, and a genuine passion for delivering spaces that inspire.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping and securing complex, design-focused projects. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you will lead tenders, manage early-stage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver compelling, high-quality proposals.Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the end-to-end tender process across multiple projects
  • Developing bid strategies and contributing to winning submissions
  • Coordinating design development, buildability reviews, and VE workshops
  • Managing key pre-construction documentation including programmes, prelims, and risk registers
  • Working closely with Estimating, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers
This role suits someone with a strong technical background, an excellent commercial mind, and the ability to engage and influence at senior stakeholder level. You'll be part of a forward-thinking leadership team shaping the next phase of strategic growth.REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in a Pre-Construction or Bid Manager role within the fit-out/refurbishment sector
  • Track record of winning and mobilising projects from £1m to £10m+
  • Deep understanding of commercial interiors, design development, and procurement routes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead across multiple concurrent bids with a calm, strategic approach
