With a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, they're committed to excellence at every stage of the project lifecycle-from concept to completion.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Senior Pre-construction Manager you will lead the pre-construction process across multiple high-value CAT B commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Working closely with clients, designers, estimators, and delivery teams, you will take ownership of early-stage project planning-ensuring feasibility, budget accuracy, and programme viability.This is a client-facing role requiring technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong leadership. You'll play a key part in shaping how projects are structured and delivered, balancing innovative thinking with robust planning to ensure smooth handovers to the delivery team.REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage and coordinate all pre-construction activities from client brief through to start on site
  • Oversee cost planning, value engineering, and risk management with the estimating team
  • Liaise closely with in-house design, commercial, and delivery teams
