- Manage and coordinate all pre-construction activities from client brief through to start on site
- Oversee cost planning, value engineering, and risk management with the estimating team
- Liaise closely with in-house design, commercial, and delivery teams
- Work directly with clients and consultants to develop project briefs, budgets, and programmes
- Prepare tender documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in pre-construction processes and standards
