Your role:

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs

Work closely with teachers and SENCOs on personalised strategies
Build positive relationships to support confidence and independence

Requirements:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant (1:1 desirable, not essential)
Passion for supporting children with additional needs
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
