- Help the sales and marketing team deliver the new business target for FY26 (FY from 1 July)
- Have responsibility for an agreed number of industry sectors
- Working alongside Sales & Marketing to deliver the industry outreach strategy
- Targeting and nurturing new as well as lost and lapsed customers with tailored emails
- Helping to drive STRAT7’s awareness at key trade events by securing meetings on the day and after the event
- Following up on all downloads to STRAT7
- Reaching out to new leads after STRAT7 events/webinars
- Managing STRAT7’s AI agent platform
- Helping to enhance the ST7 database by using Sales Navigator and Lusha
- A smart, driven and focussed lead generation operator
- A self-starter with a clear understanding of business development metrics and strategies, with a track record of meeting targets (e.g. meetings booked)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will interact with multiple teams
- Strategic approach to outreach and follow-up, collaborating with Marketing, Client Leads and to align campaigns for a more cohesive and effective engagement
- Strong email-writing skills and eye for detail, with the ability to craft creative, personalized outreach that feels relevant and engaging - supported by thorough research on potential leads
- Open to new approaches and a varied day-to-day – we often try new strategies to see what works best, so it’s important you are flexible and apply innovative thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to play the long game and nurture clients over 12-24 months
- To be highly organised with efficient well-honed techniques and working practices
- Experienced in using social selling/sales enablement platforms and sales tools to find, attract and connect with new prospects. Experience in using Hubspot would be an advantage.
- Ideally with experience of working within a research, insights, consultancy environment
- Salary up to £40,000 dependant on experience
- Hybrid working
- 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays (our office also shuts between Christmas and New Year)
