We believe it is our personality, style and friendliness that makes Apex Hotels.Role Overview:This is an on-property role where you will be based in our hotel office space located at City of London Hotels & Temple Court on a rotation basis within our Events and Groups team we work to a rota, with core hours covering the office hours between 8:30am - 6pm.You will have excellent communication skills which are essential for this role, as you will be required to work closely with many stakeholders. These include clients, the wider Sales Division including your Events & Groups team members, based throughout the portfolio, as well as all Operational Teams to ensure the effective planning of each booking. Flexibility is required in response to changing client requests and the fast paced nature of the roleMain Responsibilities:
  • Effectively promote all the hotel's facilities to the Conference, Event and Group rooms market to achieve the maximum sales revenue and client satisfaction for each event.
  • Ensure that each enquiry and booking is handled efficiently from enquiry stage through to arrival, departure, billing and follow up.
  • To maintain an accurate status of all enquiries and bookings and to ensure that the highest standard of administration is carried out for every group enquiry and booking.
  • Enter all details into Infor SCS, reporting on all activity conducted with each enquiry and booking
  • To be responsible for issuing contracts and paperwork, in line with Apex procedures

  • Previous Event and/or Group rooms related experience is highly desirable
  • Can demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • You will have great multi tasking skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
