Payroll Admin- 6 Months FTCLocation: South Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £27,500
Contract Type: 6 months FTC
Hours: Full-TimeAbout the RoleMarks Sattin are delighted to be working along an excellent oragnisation who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the business on a 6 months FTC basis.Responsiblities
  • Support the Payroll Supervisor to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll queries and escalations from managers and employees.
  • Share knowledge and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, and pensions.
  • Lead process reviews to identify and implement more efficient ways of working.
  • Serve as a process expert for relevant payrolls across the team.
  • Take ownership of processing and finalising monthly payrolls in line with payroll schedules.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' payroll experience
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Experience supporting new technologies and system changes.
