Start Date: Immediate startAbout the Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support students in their learning and liaise with teaching staff when needed.
- Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting (ideally as a cover supervisor).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects.
- A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement.
