Whether you're considering a teaching career or simply want to contribute to a supportive learning environment, this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities:As a Cover Supervisor, your role will include:
  • Overseeing classrooms during teachers' short-term absences.
  • Supporting students to stay focused and engaged with set lesson plans.
  • Maintaining a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.
  • Handling minor classroom issues and managing behaviour effectively.
  • Collaborating with school staff to ensure seamless lesson delivery.
What We’re Looking For:To thrive in this Cover Supervisor position, you’ll need:
  • A proactive and confident approach to managing groups of students.
  • Strong behaviour management skills to keep classrooms on track.
  • Solid Maths and English skills (essential).
  • A genuine interest in supporting students and enhancing their learning.
  • Previous experience in a classroom or similar environment is helpful but not required.
