This varied role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of property management, from tenant relations to property inspections, while providing a clear pathway for progression.You'll be part of a supportive and welcoming team, with training provided and opportunities to develop your skills in the industry.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing email and telephone enquiries from tenants and landlords
  • Carrying out property viewings when required and sending applications
  • Conducting Property Condition Checks (PCCs), booking appointments, inspecting properties, identifying maintenance issues, and taking photographs
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Sending and monitoring work orders for safety checks and routine maintenance
  • Assisting with administrative duties and general communication within the office
  • Supporting the lettings and property management teams as needed
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Confident in managing a busy diary and appointments
  • Responsible, reliable, and professional in appearance
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems)
  • Enthusiastic about property and eager to learn
