- Support assigned Project Manager(s) to promote good planning practice and ensure scope, schedule & budget adherence.
- Monitor, report & flag concerns, exceptions and issues through recognised escalation routes, along with proposed solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as are those with some initial project control experience.
- A foundational understanding of project management principles and practices. While extensive experience is not required, a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
- Good IT skills are essential for the position. MS Project experience would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide high-quality support across various tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong time management skills with a proven track record of delivering work on schedule and meeting project deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and the initiative to propose and implement enhancements to project processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders at all levels.
