This is ideal for someone with around 8+ years' PQE and a track record of delivering exceptional client service across a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including complex cases.You'll be joining an established and high-performing team where you'll:
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including high-value and intricate matters.
  • Prepare estimates and pre-instruction documentation, while producing written legal advice and key documents to guide clients smoothly through the process.
  • Uphold the highest standards of client care, working with professionalism and warmth.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and participate in business development strategies that attract new clients and cultivate strong professional relationships.
  • Support and supervise junior lawyers and paralegals, ensuring appropriate delegation and guidance.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in residential property law, especially within complex matters.
  • Confidence in managing your workload efficiently while knowing when to delegate or collaborate to deliver optimal service.
  • Insight into the business needs of clients and a flair for relationship-building and client retention.
  • A commercial mindset, with proven business development experience and the ability to enhance both personal and team reputation within the region.
