Role overVIOOHWe are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join our DSP Partnerships team in Europe, to help manage our DSP partners in the region. The role includes the ongoing delivery of brilliant service for these critical partners, using the VIOOH engagement model as the foundation.This role will give you the autonomy to be an integral part of setting best practices and processes for DSPs, managing an existing client base, some of whom are very new to VIOOH and programmatic out of home buying.What we’ll expect from youManage and grow revenue across 10+ active DSPs in region
Proactively grow spend from new DSPs in EU
Support DSP Partner Managers in other regions by driving demand from EU DSPs + manage cross-regional accounts collectively
Implement the DSP engagement model with all DSPs (including building account plans)
Host Quarterly Business Reviews and share key metrics on a regular basis
Work with the Business Development team to drive sales from DSP commercial teams + support RFP responses
Manage DSPs on technical, operational and commercial requirements;
Own governance & day-to-day engagement with the DSPs
Drive revenue, the pipeline and business across your DSP partner set
Ensure product developments are voiced to the DSPs, working in tandem to listen and understand their needs + ensuring they’re prioritised by VIOOH
Support with deal troubleshooting + technical issue resolution
Determine ongoing education, training and interaction with DSP teams
Be willing to travel to client meetings, international conferences and industry events
Support Supply team and Media Owner partners, joining meetings + QBRs to provide DSP updates + insights
Be a DSP subject matter expert and representative for these partners in both internal and external mattersWhat we want from youWorking on the demand side requires energy, quick thinking and an organised discipline. Our demand partners are a critical gateway to client and agency revenue and managing DSPs can be the real difference between winning and losing campaigns.We are looking for:Degree educated;
Demonstrable experience in programmatic, ideally in DOOH, but as a minimum across other advertising channels;
Ideally previous direct experience with DSPs, including contacts, a knowledge of their structure and ways of working;
Interest in the growth of OOH to a digitised and faster trading programmatic channel;
A brilliant communicator, the ability to speak another European language is a big plus;
A true self-starter; this role works with multiple markets meaning adaptability, a growth mindset and the ability to work alone;

Effective time management skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Manage multiple stakeholders across DSP including Inventory, Product, Sales and Account Management teams. Able to interact with all levels at a DSP (or similar business) from C-suite to senior partnerships contacts.
