- Deliver practical and compliant HR advice to the senior leadership team and managers.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, absence, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems with discretion and confidentiality.
- Keep the business up to date with relevant employment law changes.
- Promote positive employee engagement and a supportive workplace culture.
- Previous experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment.
- CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification is essential to support the company’s compliance with employment laws.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
