- Reviewing absence management and reporting on this
- Analysing HR data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Ensuring all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately
- Attending employee relations meetings to take notes
- Taking part in various meetings to highlight and address any process improvements
- Assisting with new starters and the onboarding process including managing relevant reports relating to this
- Maintaining training documentation for new starters
- Supporting Senior Advisors with case management when required
- Being involved in other ad hoc tasks such as managing HR Inboxes, adhering to overpayment procedures, supporting with colleague satisfaction surveys, supporting with pay review and bonus processes, responding to reference requests, completing required reporting presentations and assisting with payroll data submission
- Additional project work and duties may be required
- Some travel to other branches across the UK/ Ireland may be required
- Previous HR experience
- CIPD Level 3 is essential
- Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving license and own car
- Knowledge of Irish Employment Law would be advantageous
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
